The item seems sturdy and is exactly what I saw in the photos. My beef is with BSG's processing speed and customer service. I ordered the item about 1.5 weeks before a meeting with a friend that I was going to give the item to. The order purchase email came in immediately with a Ninja Van tracking number, all good. I forgot all about it until one whole week later, when I realised I still had not received the item and when I checked the Ninja Van tracking status, it said they had yet to pick up the item. Since my meeting was in three days, I sent an email to BSG and a few hours later WhatsApped them (my messages were double-ticked) hoping to get a faster response. No reply. Calling the WhatsApp number did not work either as no one picked up. I was left to stew and check the Ninja Van tracking status repeatedly. I am not sure if BSG actually saw my messages but the next day, Ninja Van indicated that they had picked up the item and the day after, it was delivered to me - just in the nick of time. The lack of response from BSG until now has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will still buy from BSG to support their mission but will give a lot more buffer time in future.
