We've made every effort to represent our products accurately on this website. However, colours, textures, and finishes may appear differently on your screen due to your device's settings — and because our products are handmade and/or all-natural, each piece has natural variation in grain, colour, and texture. These are part of the character of the product, not defects.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or look identical to images on the site. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Selected products may have limited quantities and may be available exclusively online. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order on our site is a request to purchase, not a confirmed sale. Your order is only confirmed once we've accepted it and processed your payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or unavailable in your region. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been accepted.
You agree that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
4. PRICES AND BILLING

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
All items are sold under a shipment contract — risk of loss and title pass to you once we hand the parcel to the carrier. We recommend selecting tracked shipping to better manage your delivery.
6. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
