Where do you ship from?
We ship internationally from Singapore.
Please note that this website is in Singapore dollars (SGD) but for your convenience you can convert with the toggle tool (click on the flag at the top of the page. We ship worldwide!
Do you ship to my country? What are the Shipping rates?
In short, YES WE DO. We ship to over 200 destinations worldwide. We offer full tracking by DHL for all global packages at FLAT RATES. They arrive within 7-18 days depending on your location (major ports arrive quicker).
Due to heightened Covid-19 safety measures, new and existing orders may be affected by delays.

- Orders below $30 SGD : $3 (Without tracking number)
- Tracked shipping (door-to-door) is a flat $5
If you opt for free shipping, please take note that there will be no tracking number provided and we will not be responsible for any loss. Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.
Malaysia: Flat rate $10 SGD shipping for orders up to $40 SGD. Free tracked shipping on orders over $40 SGD.
Brunei: Flat rate $10 SGD shipping for orders up to $60 SGD. Free tracked shipping on orders over $60 SGD.
Rest of world: Flat rate shipping by location, rates will be shown at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
All international packages are sent registered with a tracking number, which will be updated on your order. You will receive two emails from us after your order: an order confirmation email and an updated email upon order dispatch.
How long should I wait for my package?
We have improved order dispatch workflow. Local packages are usually delivered within a week (Singapore).
All orders containing pre-order items will be sent only when pre-order items are set to be dispatched. Please place separate orders if you need in-stock items urgently.
International packages take between 7-21 days to arrive, depending on your location. Packages arriving in the U.S. and Canada can be tracked up to the point that they arrive in your country, after which the local postal service does not offer updated tracking, but you can enquire at your closest post office on the status of your package using the tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Our BSG products are handmade and/or all-natural and every single piece is unique. There may be minor differences in grain, colour or texture. These are not defects and returns or exchanges will not be entertained. Should BSG items be received damaged or flawed, claims must be made in writing by email with photographs within 5 days of the date the parcel was delivered.
We do not accept returns of reusable drinking straws, reusable masks, or bath products for hygiene reasons. Please select the size and length of the straw / mask and scents of bath products carefully.
