Where do you ship from?
We ship internationally from Singapore. We ship worldwide!
Do you ship to my country? What are the Shipping rates?
In short, YES WE DO. We ship to over 200 destinations worldwide. We offer full tracking for all global packages at FLAT RATES. They arrive within 7-18 days depending on your location (major ports arrive quicker).
Postal services do not operate on weekends. Please allow up to 3 working days for packing and dispatch.
Singapore
All our deliveries will go by tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number through email and SMS (if a handphone number is provided) when it is on the way.
- If your order contains a pre order item, everything will be delivered at the same time (no split shipping).
- If you make payment by bank transfer (PayNow), we will dispatch it after the payment has been received. We check the transactions every 2 days.
- Orders below $50 SGD : $4.50 (With tracking number)
- FREE tracked delivery for orders above $50!
- $15 Next working day delivery (Book by 8pm, Mon-Fri, delivery by 6pm next working day)
- $22 Same-day delivery (Book by 2pm, receive by 9pm)
Singapore - Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.
There will be no refund or compensation for undelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided (which includes unit number errors or postal code errors).
If your package is retrieved or returned due to non-delivery to an incorrect address, you will be billed a S$ 9.00 processing fee for re-delivery.
International orders:
Please check that your address is provided in FULL.
Malaysia:
Please allow 2-3 days for packing and dispatch.
We ship by either Q Express or Janio, always with tracking number. Flat rate $6 SGD shipping for orders up to $59.99 SGD. FREE tracked shipping on orders over $60 SGD.
DHL Express shipping: $30 (Delivery within 3-7 days), free for orders over $130 SGD.
Philippines and Thailand:
Please allow 2-3 days for packing and dispatch.
Flat rate $18 SGD international post tracked shipping for all orders, free for orders over $100 SGD. We use either SingPost international post, Aramax, TNT or UPS depending on which carrier offers the most efficient delivery and rates at the time. You will be provided with the tracking number and link. Due to Covid-19 situation worldwide, the shipping carrier that offers the best efficiency changes often.
DHL Express shipping: $32 (Delivery within 3-7 days), free for orders over $300 SGD.
Brunei:
Please allow 2-3 days for packing and dispatch.
Untracked mail is a flat $7 SGD for all orders. We are not responsible for untracked mail that is lost in transit.
Tracked mail is a flat $15 SGD shipping for all orders. Free tracked shipping on orders over $100 SGD.
DHL Express shipping: $35 (Delivery within 3-7 days), free for orders over $200 SGD. With DHL Express, there is a possibility to top up for Climate Neutral delivery to offset carbon emissions for your shipment. Contact us if you would like this option.
Rest of world:
Please allow 2-3 days for packing and dispatch. Flat rate shipping by location, rates will be shown at checkout. Option to top up for DHL Express shipping - contact us directly at bamboostrawgirl(at)gmail.com
Bulk order:
To reduce carbon footprint and to receive your order more quickly, you are welcome to collate orders with your colleagues, friends, or family and place a bulk order.
We will ship bulk orders by DHL Express which will arrive at your doorstep within a week.
With DHL Express, there is a possibility to top up for Climate Neutral delivery to offset carbon emissions for your shipment. Contact us if you would like this option.
We are able to offer discounted rates for bulk orders. Contact us to arrange this!

FAQ
Will I receive a tracking number?
Within Singapore, if you do not opt for a tracking number, you will not receive one and we cannot advise on the status of the package.
All international packages are sent registered with a tracking number, which will be updated on your order. You will receive two emails from us after your order: an order confirmation email and an updated email upon order dispatch.
How long should I wait for my package?
Local packages are usually delivered within a week from the date of dispatch (Singapore). Packages are dispatched (shipped) within 2-3 working days.
All orders containing pre-order items will be sent only when pre-order items are set to be dispatched. Please place separate orders if you need in-stock items urgently.
International packages take between 7-30 days to arrive, depending on your location. Packages can be tracked up to the point that they arrive in your country, after which the local postal service does not offer updated tracking, but you can enquire at your closest post office on the status of your package using the tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Our BSG products are handmade and/or all-natural and every single piece is unique. There may be minor differences in grain, colour or texture. These are not defects and returns or exchanges will not be entertained. Should BSG items be received damaged or flawed, claims must be made in writing by email with photographs within 5 days of the date the parcel was delivered.
We do not accept returns of reusable drinking straws, reusable masks, or bath products for hygiene reasons. Please select the size and length of the straw / mask and scents of bath products carefully.
